Okay, the other day I saw Precious, and of course I did NOT see it online illegally...ahem.
But regardless, it was fantastic. And to be quite honest, I didnt think it was going to be that good.
Whenever I saw commercials for it I thought, oh okay, I'm going to definitely see that. It even prompted me to go buy the book, Push by Sapphire.
I would recommend to anyone to read the book before you see the movie. Its short, 150 pages max, and its written as if Precious was writing...

Let me just start this post off by saying that I am not religious.
I wouldn't call myself an Athiest, because that somewhat imply that there IS a god that I just choose to not believe in, and that is something I'm not willing to call myself.
That being said, I love Jesus...sandals.
UGH!!!
I dont understand the fondness that I have for this ancient sandal, but there is a love there that I just cannot suppress, or even remotely understand.

Okay. Yesterday I saw "Let the right one in"
And let me just say that I generally am not a fan of vampire movies.
And lately I have been having a love/hate relationship with the american movie industry.
Especially with the summer blockbuster industry.
Anyway,
So I saw this movie, legally of course....
And it was fantastic!
It was really refreshing to see a vampire movie that doesnt include Wesley Snipe with a large sword, or with Robert Pattinson...
